You will:

  • Be the first in-post product marketing hire, setting the blueprint for product marketing at Definely.

  • Translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, sales teams and customer success.

  • Create and maintain product content, sales collateral, battlecards, pitch decks, product one-pagers, and use-case material.

  • Equip the sales and CS teams with the tools and messaging needed to speak confidently and effectively about our products.

  • Market intelligence and customer insight - lead competitive research and market trend analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and roadmap priorities.

  • Conduct and disseminate customer interviews, surveys, and case studies to inform product messaging and refine personas.

  • Work with content marketing to produce promotional, educational, and customer-driven product videos and demos.

  • Ensure we have a high-quality, up-to-date library of product assets for use across website, social, events, and sales engagement.

  • ICP, personas and segmentation - define and evolve our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and key user personas. Use segmentation insights to tailor campaigns, product messaging, and enablement materials.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech scale-up environment.

  • Proven experience owning GTM strategies, messaging frameworks, and enablement content.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill technical concepts into clear value propositions.

  • Highly collaborative and comfortable operating in a cross-functional role.

  • Experience working closely with sales and product teams.

  • Strong grasp of the legal tech industry or legal workflows is a plus.
