About the role


Own revenue from partners and partnership first ICPs. You’ll source and activate a small set of high-leverage partners (referral, consulting, alliance/product), turn warm introductions into qualified opportunities, and co-sell to close. This is a quota carrying role.

What you’ll do:

  • Source & qualify partners that map to our ICPs; create a short, high-intent partner list

  • Activate quickly: first qualified intro within 14 days of engagement

  • Run co-sell cycles: discovery, solution mapping, commercial terms; keep deals moving

  • Drive simple partner programs: incentives, one-page briefs, basic campaign plays

  • Forecast clearly: maintain pipeline, stage hygiene, and clear deal summaries

What you'll bring:

  • Experience with legal or professional-services partners, buyers, or users

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS, legaltech, or other technical products across partnerships and/or closing roles

  • Proven record turning partner intros into revenue
    Strong enterprise discovery and presence

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity with a bias to action and ownership
