As a freelancer for the Client solutions team, you are directly responsible for matching high quality subject matter experts with our client requirements. Leveraging our proprietary platform and tools, you will identify and invite experts to join Lynk network, as well as facilitate engagements between clients and experts on the platform. This requires skills in industry and market research, leads identification, sourcing and conversion, and building trusted relationships with experts. We seek individuals who are tech savvy, with strong research capability and a get-it-done mentality to get things done.

What You’ll Do

• Direct responsibility to source, connect with and engage subject matter experts for client requirements
• Based on your research on the target topic or industry that our clients are evaluating, vet relevance and qualifications of experts recommended by external databases.
• Identify and recruit industry professionals to join Lynk network
• Conduct informed conversations with experts, assess their expertise in response to client requests
• Assist Lynk Experts with their queries
• Proactively collaborate with Lynk Project Management teams on specific projects.

【業務内容】

クライアントの市場調査のため、要件にあったエキスパートを探索し、LYNKのエキスパートとしてオンボーディングする

業界リサーチ：業界の構造やバリューチェーンを理解し、顧客の問題解決に最適なエキスパートに求められる要件を把握する

エキスパートサーチ：バックグラウンドや専門性等クライアントニーズへの適合性の評価、他プロジェクトメンバーと協業し、クライアントの依頼に応じた最適なエキスパートの探索と提案

エキスパートコミュニケーション：スポットコンサルティングに参加する上でのコンプラアンス事項の説明、各種問い合わせへの対応
