LYNK is seeking a self-driven individual to join the Survey Team in Mumbai, India. The Senior Account Manager will join a growing Survey Team. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing various projects, client management, quality control and compliance. He/she will also be required to generate reports and develop insights for clients. LYNK Survey Team covers end-to-end survey cycle from coding to analysis. This position requires an analytic mindset, excellent communication and oratory skills, ability to take ownership and responsibility, keen to learn, think out of the box and excellent client management skills and observation skills.
What You’ll Do
- For the Survey team, Identify and engage potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and outreach.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders to drive scalable partnerships
- Understand client requirements, propose tailored survey solutions, and proactively anticipate client needs.
- Support business development activities including bidding, negotiations, and proposal generation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to meet project and revenue goals.
- Think creatively to source high-quality survey respondents under tight deadlines.
- Review survey responses to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
What Expertise You’ll Add To The Team
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a strong academic track record.
- Prior experience in market research, survey operations, and client servicing.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills; prior experience in sales or client acquisition highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, oratory, and stakeholder management skills.
- Driven, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working towards targets, revenue goals, and partnership development.
- Adaptable and resilient, with a results-oriented attitude and a commitment to excellence.
