Job Summary:
The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with business clients. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales process—from identifying prospects and developing tailored sales strategies to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential business clients.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with products or services and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide recommendations for new products or services based on client feedback and business opportunities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Communicate client feedback and market insights with internal teams to enhance products and services.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, financial data, and client feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is an advantage.Diploma or Higher Diploma holders in a relevant discipline will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a relevant role
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
